Who we are
CraftKept is operated by JPJ Consulting Piotr Krupa ("we", "us", "our"), Marsa Street 22A/13, 80-299 Gdańsk, Poland (NIP 581-190-17-74). Contact person: Piotr Krupa — hello@craftkept.com. Using CraftKept
CraftKept turns your Etsy Payments CSV into a fee and profit breakdown. You need to be 18 or older to create an account. Today, each account tracks one Etsy shop.
Account registration
You need a valid email and accurate country and payout currency — we use them to work out your correct Etsy fee categories, so wrong info means wrong numbers. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account.
Subscription & billing
- Your first 30 days cost $1. After that we bill $4.99 per month automatically until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime via "Manage subscription" in your account menu, which opens Stripe's secure billing portal — we never see or store your card details ourselves. Cancel before day 30 and you won't be charged again; cancel later and you keep access through the period you already paid for.
- If you come back after canceling, reactivating charges $4.99 right away — the $1, 30-day trial is a one-time offer for first-time sellers, not something you get again each time you resubscribe.
Refunds
Charges already made generally aren't refunded automatically. If something went wrong on our end, contact us and we'll sort it out case by case.
Your data
You own the sales data you upload and the product costs you enter. You're giving us permission to process that data to run the service for you — calculating fees, profit and your exports — and to send your account email CraftKept's own product updates and marketing, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. We don't claim ownership of your business data, and we never share it with other companies for their own marketing or any other purpose.
Not tax or financial advice
The figures we show are informational, calculated from the data you upload. They are not tax, legal or financial advice — talk to a professional about your filings.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to access another seller's data, upload data that isn't actually your own Etsy export, resell access to your account, or try to disrupt or overload the service.
Service availability
We provide CraftKept on an "as available" basis. We may need to take it down briefly for maintenance or fixes, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted access.
Changes to the service
We may add, change or remove features over time, including ones described on this site, as the product keeps evolving.
Account suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can close your account and have your data deleted at any time — see "Your rights" in our Privacy Policy for how.
Limitation of liability
CraftKept is provided "as is." We aren't liable for decisions made based on the figures shown, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Changes to these terms
If we make a material change, we'll email the address on your account before it takes effect.
